By making and using STEM So[ul]cial Body Butter, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk:

I acknowledge that STEM So[ul]cial Body Butter contains ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities in some individuals. I understand that it is my responsibility to conduct a patch test prior to full use of the product to check for any adverse reactions.

2. Assumption of Risk:

I assume all risks associated with using STEM So[ul]cial Body Butter, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or any other adverse effects.

3. Release of Liability:

I hereby release and discharge STEM So[ul]cial and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur from the use of STEM So[ul]cial Body Butter.

4. Medical Conditions:

I confirm that I do not have any known allergies or medical conditions that would preclude me from using this product safely. If I am unsure, I agree to consult with a healthcare professional before using the product.

5. Compliance with Instructions:

I agree to follow all instructions provided by STEM So[ul]cial regarding the use and storage of STEM So[ul]cial Body Butter. Failure to do so may result in adverse effects for which I assume full responsibility.

6. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless STEM So[ul]cial from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from my use of STEM So[ul]cial Body Butter.

7. Governing Law:

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of New York, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
