About the event
Join us for an invigorating flow Pilates session hosted by instructor Waithera, set to a soundtrack of Black rhythm across the diaspora, Afrobeats, reggae, dancehall, soul, and everything in between. Held in celebration of Black History Month in London, this class is designed to promote wellness and encourage movement among Black women in STEM. Come move, breathe, and build community in a space made for you.
How to Prepare
Wear comfortable athletic clothing
Yoga mats and blocks are provided, but feel free to bring your own
Stay hydrated and bring a water bottle
